has been in the computer consulting and support for over 20 years. First developing and supporting business apps on minicomputers in various industries. Then progressing to PC’s, servers and the internet. This has covered multiple operating systems, programming languages, applications and hardware. In short the knowledge and skills necessary to support simple and complex systems have evolved along with the computer industry.

Today, the primary focus is in the Microsoft world with its operating systems and applications along with the associated hardware. Novak & Associates in an authorized reseller for Dell, Inc. and Basis International, LTD and has access to almost any hardware or software application.
